Gently poached monkfish and salmon served with salad and brown bread
Tomoato & Mozzarella
served on a bed of rocket with French Dressing

Salmon a la Creme
salmon finished with white wine, cream and basil
Traditional Roast Turkey
with sausage and bacon rolls, stuffing and port and cranberry sauce

Rolled Breast of Lamb
with a redcurrant, garlic and mint jus
(V) Red pepper and Broccoli Lasagne
layers of pasta, pepper, broccolo and bechemal sauces topped with cheese

served wtih Buttered New potatoes and a selection of seasonal, festive vegetables
